What is leadership?
TSC Future Leaders Institute's guiding principles are the act of guiding, influencing, and directing a group of people toward a common goal. It involves setting a vision, making decisions, and motivating others to achieve objectives. Effective leadership requires communication, empathy, integrity, decisiveness, and the ability to inspire trust. Leadership styles can vary, from authoritative to collaborative, depending on the leader's approach and the organization's or group's needs.
Ultimately, leadership is about having authority and empowering others to succeed and grow.
