In this section:- Exempt Employees are individuals exempt from overtime provisions of the FLSA as they have executive, professional, administrative, or computer exemption positions
- Non-Exempt Employees are individuals not exempted from overtime provisions of the FLSA and are entitled to receive overtime for all hours worked beyond 40 in a work week.
Six-Month Probationary Period

- 8 hours (first 5 years)
- 10 hours (5 years)
- 12 hours (10 years)
