NOTICE OF RULE DEVELOPMENT: The District Board of Trustees of Tallahassee State College, Florida gives notice of its intent to develop Rule 8820.1.
TITLE/SUBJECT: College Operations: 8820.1 – Acceptable use for Technology Resources and Artificial Intelligence.
PURPOSE AND EFFECT: To develop policy 8820.1 establishing the standards for ethical, legal, and responsible use of the College’s technology resources.

NOTICE OF RULE ADOPTION: The District Board of Trustees of Tallahassee Community College, Florida gives notice of its intent to adopt Rule 8820.1 at its regularly scheduled Board meeting on March 23, 2026 at 2:30 p.m. at The Center for innovation, 350 South Duval Street, Tallahassee, FL 32301.
TITLE/SUBJECT: College Operations: 8820.1 – Acceptable use for Technology Resources and Artificial Intelligence.
PURPOSE AND EFFECT: To adopt policy 8820.1460 outlining and/or clarifying standards for ethical, legal, and responsible use of the College’s technology resources.
