As the Student Government Association (SGA), we are here to:
- Respond to and resolve issues or concerns expressed by the student body.
- Support student feedback.
- Act as a liaison between the students and the administration.
- Assist in the establishment and maintenance of conditions conducive to student success, student learning, and an enriched extracurricular environment.
- Act on matters which promote the general welfare of the student body.
- Ensure Student Activity and Service fees are allocated and used to support the extracurricular and co-curricular interests of the student body as a whole.

SGA President Bryan Bacallao
|
Bryan Bacallao is a criminology/criminal justice major who plans to continue his education at Florida State University and is deeply passionate about leadership and student success. In his free time, Bryan enjoys staying active through baseball, kickboxing, and running, as well as reading and exploring history. Born in Havana, Cuba, he spent his early childhood there before moving to West Palm Beach, where he lived for over a decade. Surrounded by a vibrant Cuban community, Bryan developed a deep appreciation for his culture and history. |

SGA Vice President Lauren Launikitis

Lauren Launikitis is currently in her first year at TSC and plans to transfer to Florida State University in Fall 2026. She is majoring in biology and plans to pursue dental school after graduation. In her free time, Lauren enjoys staying active by going on walks or working out, spending time at the beach, and watching sunsets or sunrises. |

Gabriel Rios is an Electrical Engineering major and plans to transfer to Florida State University. Gabriel enjoys playing tennis and singing in his free time. A fun fact about him is that he has sung in a choir at the Civic Center twice. |

Bella Feijoo is a sophomore at TSC majoring in International Affairs. Her goal is to one day become a human rights lawyer, and she hopes to make a positive impact on her fellow members of the student body during her time at TSC. |

Melvin Forest plans to continue his education at Louisiana State University, where he intends to major in biology and pursue his passion for science. In his free time, Melvin enjoys spending time with his dog, going to the gym, and relaxing with a good TV show. A fun fact about him is that he loves to travel and is always ready for a new adventure. |

SGA Senator of Information Technology Marcellus Holmes

Marcellus Holmes plans to continue his education at Florida State University, where he will major in Political Science. He enjoys learning about world history, international relations, and religion, as well as hooping at the TSC basketball courts. A fun fact about Marcellus is that he’s a “IV,” sharing the same name as his father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. |

Maria Garcia is a Pharmacy major originally from the Philippines. She plans to transfer to Florida A&M University to continue pursuing her career in healthcare. Outside of academics, Maria proudly considers herself a devoted cat mom. |

Julianne Thomas is a Nursing major who plans to continue her education at Florida State University. In her free time, she enjoys running for fun. A fun fact about Julianne is that she is originally from Coral Springs, Florida. |

SGA Senator of Academic Affairs Kosisochukwu Ekezie
|
Kosisochukwu Ekezie, often called Coco or Kosi, is a dedicated nursing major who plans to attend either Tallahassee State College or the Florida State University Nursing Program. She is originally from Nigeria and moved to the United States about 6–7 years ago, where she has continued to grow both academically and personally. She is passionate about helping others and motivated to make a positive impact on people’s lives, especially in healthcare. She is interested in working in a field where she can provide care, comfort, and support to patients and their families. Outside of academics, Coco enjoys dancing, reading, and cooking, which allows her to express creativity and manage stress. She also values spending time with family and friends and believes in maintaining a healthy balance between school and personal life. A fun fact about her is that she speaks three languages, which helps her connect with people from diverse backgrounds.

About Us
The Florida College System Student Government Association (FCSSGA) represents the nearly one million students enrolled in the Florida College System's 28 colleges. The organization promotes legislative advocacy and training, leadership development, service learning, promotion of campus activities, and strong citizenship.
Our Mission
To unify the member colleges in order to best attend to the appropriate concerns of the students of the Florida College System and serve as a vehicle to communicate these concerns to the Florida Legislature.
