Want real experience before practicing on a patient? Our Dental Simulation Lab features 30 advanced dental simulators that give you the space to learn, progress, and excel in the clinical techniques used in today's dental practices.
You'll train on advanced dental simulators that recreate real-life scenarios. Each simulator includes a patient manikin integrated into a fully equipped dental unit, creating a lifelike learning experience that closely resembles real patient care.
Build confidence with hands-on repetition in a safe, controlled setting, and do it all with support and feedback from faculty who want you to succeed.
Our simulators will help you learn and practice a wide range of dental procedures, including:

CHOOSE YOUR DENTAL CAREER PATH
Dental Assisting Technology and Management
Ready to begin your career in dentistry? This 50-credit-hour program prepares you for the Dental Assisting National Board Exam and immediate employment in only 3 semesters.
You'll graduate with a diploma and a certification in Expanded Functions and Dental Radiography. Even better, it's the first step toward becoming a dental hygienist if you choose to expand your career in dentistry.
Program Requirements:
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Complete Biology and Chemistry coursework in high school or college.
- Meet current program GPA requirements.

Dental Hygiene (A.S.)
Ready to become a registered dental hygienist? This two-year Associate in Science degree prepares you for the National Board and Clinical Dental Hygiene Examinations required for Florida licensure.
You'll master clinical skills like periodontology, dental radiology, and preventive care. Best of all, this program is accredited by the American Dental Association Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA).
Program Requirements:
- Complete all required prerequisite coursework
- Meet current program GPA and admission requirements
- Understand that admission is competitive and based on established selection criteria
- Apply early, as priority is given to applicants who have completed prerequisites
