Theatre TSC

The Theatre TSC pledge is simple: to keep artistic quality high and to make the trip to our campus rewarding.

Through the ongoing work of the TSC Foundation and generous corporate and private support, Theatre TSC provides nearly thirty students with annual scholarships that allow them to explore their artistic dreams.

All Theatre TSC performances take place in the beautiful Turner Auditorium, part of TSC's Fine & Performing Arts Center.  The auditorium boasts 490 seats with plenty of legroom, great sightlines, and fantastic acoustics.

While attending a Theatre TSC performance, audiences are encouraged to visit the Ralph Hurst Gallery and TSC Fine Arts Gallery before the show, only steps away from the theatre.

2024-25 Season

Radium Girls

By D.W. Gregory

In 1926, radium was a miracle cure and luminous watches the latest rage—until the girls who painted them began to fall ill with a mysterious disease. Inspired by a true story, Radium Girls traces the efforts of Grace Fryer, a dial painter, as she fights for her day in court. Her chief adversary is her former employer who cannot bring himself to believe that the same element that shrinks tumors could have anything to do with the terrifying rash of illnesses among his employees. As the case goes on, however, Grace finds herself battling not just with the U.S. Radium Corporation, but with her own family and friends, who fear that her campaign for justice will backfire. Fast-moving and highly theatrical, Radium Girls offers a wry, unflinching look at the peculiarly American obsessions with health, wealth, and the commercialization of science.

Molière’s Tartuffe

Adapted by Richard Wilbur

One of the most enduring comedic masterpieces in the theatrical canon, Tartuffe is given an astonishingly clever translation by Pulitzer Prize poet Richard Wilbur. The charlatan Tartuffe worms his way into a wealthy family causing disruption and pandemonium. With wicked precision and brilliantly rhyming verses, this highly satiric comedy skewers religious hypocrisy, duplicity, lust, and self-inflicted chaos. This exciting take on a classic is not to be missed!

Alice by Heart

Music by Duncan Sheik
Lyrics by Steven Sater
Book by Steven Sater and Jessie Nelson

From the Tony award-winning creators of Spring Awakening, Alice by Heart is a touching musical inspired by Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland. In the rubble of the London Blitz of World War II, Alice Spencer’s teen life is turned upside down when she and her friend Alfred are forced to take shelter in an underground tube station. When the ailing Alfred is quarantined, Alice encourages him to escape with her into their cherished book and journey down the rabbit hole to Wonderland. As they travel through the tale, Alice by Heart encourages us to celebrate the transformational power of the imagination, even in the harshest of times.
