MISSION AND GOALS

The Facilities department is comprised of Administrative, Construction, Custodial, Landscaping, and Maintenance Services to maintain, create, and effectively manage the facilities and physical environment of the TSC Campuses. By providing various services focused on sustainability and safety, we are able to create and maintain a beautiful campus conducive to learning in a healthy environment for all students, visitors, faculty, and staff.

• Strive to use resources efficiently and responsibly.
• Comply with all controls, statutes, and regulations to be accountable to TSC stakeholders.
• Improve the process for the delivery of custodial services to meet the facility needs of TSC's programs.
• Provide safe, well-maintained, and visually appealing exterior campus landscapes and environment.
• Maintain a safe, energy-efficient, and clean interior environment contributing to the success of the faculty, students, staff, and visitors.
• Cultivate a culture of accountability, assessment for best practices, enhanced communication both inter- and intra-department, and collegiality.
