Trustee Eugene Lamb, Jr. Receives the 2023 Southern Region Trustee Leadership Award

Tallahassee Community College District Board of Trustees Chair Eugene Lamb, Jr. has been awarded the 2023 Southern Region Trustee Leadership award by the Association of Community College Trustees (ACCT). Lamb has served on the Board since 2007, when he was appointed by Governor Charlie Crist. He has since been re-appointed to five consecutive terms by Governors Rick Scott and Ron DeSantis, and is currently serving his fourth term as chair. Read More

TCC Earns Prestigious CAE-Cyber Defense Designation

Tallahassee Community College has been recognized by the National Security Agency (NSA) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) as a Center of Academic Excellence in Cyber Defense (CAE-CD). Shelly Bell Named VP of Workforce Development at TCC

Dr. Jim Murdaugh, president of Tallahassee Community College, has announced that Shelly Bell has been appointed as the new Vice President of Workforce Development effective July 24. Bell has served as the Director of Lively Technical College since June 2017. TCC launches three bachelor’s degree programs and scholarship opportunities

Tallahassee Community College has announced the addition of three new bachelor's degree programs to prepare students for careers in high-demand fields. The Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration, Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education, and Bachelor of Science in Exceptional Student Education will launch in August 2023 and are accepting applications now.
